Helios grants up to twelve weeks of leave for the birth or adoption of a child. After one year of service, we provide team members six weeks of paid parental leave in addition to short-term disability. After 3 months of service, you are eligible to participate in our Plan. We will match your pre-tax or Roth 401(k) contributions at a rate of 50% of the first 6% of eligible pay you contribute.
