NEW YORK – February 10, 2022 – NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant that provides property and casualty (P&C), corporate benefits, retirement, and individual solutions, today announced that it has acquired Helios HR, LLC, an HR outsourcing, consulting, and recruitment services firm. The transaction closed in January of this year.

LATEST UPDATE: On January 13, 2022, the Supreme Court of the United States upheld a stay on the vaccine mandate for private employers. An appeal against the vaccine mandates for federal contractors is currently in progress. Helios HR is honored to be the recipient of Shelter House's Corporate Impact Award for Excellence in Philanthropy at their 8th Annual Volunteer Appreciation Awards, held virtually this year due to COVID-19. The Corporate Impact Award for Excellence in Philanthropy honors a corporation that has impacted Shelter House on many different levels through corporate contributions (board support, employee giving programs, fundraising, in-kind donations, monetary donations/sponsorships, volunteering and pro-bono projects). Shelter House, Inc. is a community-based, non-profit organization that provides crisis intervention, safe housing, and supportive services to homeless families and victims of domestic violence in our community.
