Helios HR Announces Expansion with New Office Space to Support Growth

Reston, VA (June 20, 2016)- Helios HR, a leading human capital management consulting and talent acquisition firm, today announces the relocation to a new office headquarters to accommodate their growth and future expansion plans. The new office space, located at 1900 Campus Commons in Reston, VA doubles the square footage and capacity for increased talent management services and leadership functions across the company.

“We are very excited about staying in Reston and the opportunity to accommodate our growing team,” said CFO, Ellyn Krause. “With the help of our partners at EDGE Commercial Real Estate, we found a space that reflects our core values and further encourages collaboration and engagement. This seven year lease represents our commitment to build on the success we have accomplished thus far for our clients in the Greater Washington area.”

The company executives asked team members on its employee-led “Culture Committee” to take a tour of the location to get their candid feedback. “The team was particularly excited about the work-life amenities like an on-site gym, café and outdoor courtyard, along with its close proximity to the Wiehle-Reston East Metro station and Town Center,” said President and CEO, Kathy Albarado.

With a highly collaborative team, priorities for Helios HR were an open floor plan with welcoming work space, a variety of meeting spaces both formal and informal, and plenty of natural lighting. The company also needed private hoteling offices for candidate interviews and phone calls due to the confidentiality and nature of their business. Helios HR partnered with Interstate Moving to complete the move.
